दमोंह/मुख्य सचिव मध्यप्रदेश शासन से प्राप्त निर्देशों के अनुक्रम में कलेक्टर सुधीर कुमार कोचर के मार्गदर्शन में जिले के सभी विभागों के लेवल 1, लेवल 2 एवं जिला अधिकारियों को दिसंबर माह में 2 दिसम्बर से 26 दिसंबर तक विभिन्न तिथियों में जिला प्रबंधक लोक सेवा चक्रेश पटेल द्वारा सीएम हेल्पलाइन का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में जिला प्रबंधक लोक सेवा द्वारा सीएम हेल्पलाइन की प्रक्रिया के संबंध में विस्तार से प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में जिला प्रबंधक द्वारा सीएम हेल्पलाइन में हुए नवीन परिवर्तन एवं शिकायतों के निराकरण के दौरान अपनाई जाने वाली प्रक्रिया तथा अधिकारियों के स्तर पर किए जाने वाले एनालिसिस के तरीकों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया। विभिन्न अधिकारियों के स्तर पर शिकायतों की समीक्षा हेतु पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध डैशबोर्ड का भी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया और बताया गया कि सभी लेवल अधिकारी विभिन्न प्रकार से शिकायतों की समीक्षा कर सकते हैं।
प्रशिक्षण में अधिकारियों को बताया गया कि प्राप्त होने वाली सभी शिकायतों को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर अटेंड करते हुए उनके निराकरण कराएं जाएं। सभी शिकायतों की समय सीमा अलग अलग होती है, इसलिए शिकायत प्राप्त होते ही उसे अगले ही दिन अटेंड अवश्य किया जाए। शिकायत को किसी भी स्थिति में निराकृत न किया जाए इस हेतु आवश्यक जानकारी दी गई। प्रशिक्षण में प्रत्येक माह जिला एवं विभागवार जारी होने वाली ग्रेडिंग के संबंध में भी विस्तार से प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के कुछ सत्रों में कलेक्टर श्री कोचर द्वारा भी अधिकारियों को संबोधित किया गया।
जिला प्रबंधक द्वारा प्रशिक्षण के दौरान विभिन्न अधिकारियों द्वारा पूछे गए प्रश्नों एवं शंकाओं का भी समाधान किया गया। विभिन्न तिथियों में आयोजित हुए प्रशिक्षण में राजस्व विभाग से सभी तहसीलदार, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पंचायत ग्रामीण विकास, नगरीय विकास, पुलिस, खाद्य, सामाजिक न्याय, ऊर्जा, लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी, जल निगम, शिक्षा, श्रम, कृषि विभाग सहित अन्य सभी 40 विभागों के एल 1, एल 2 एवं विभागों प्रमुखों तथा उनके प्रभारी अधिकारियों सहित कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर्स की उपस्थिति रही। प्रशिक्षण में लोक सेवा प्रबंधन विभाग के सभी कर्मचारियों की सहभागिता रही।
