Shivpuri health department takes strict action against negligent health workers. Three CHOs have been dismissed, and one ANM has been suspended. The crackdown follows an inspection revealing negligence in the Nirogi Kaya Abhiyan. Authorities warn that further negligence will result in similar strict actions to ensure accountability in public healthcare services.
शिवपुरी जिले के स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा संचालित अभियान के तहत लापरवाही बरतने वाले 15 कर्मचारियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई है। इनमें तीन सीएचओ को कार्यमुक्त कर दिया गया है, जबकि एक एएनएम को निलंबित कर दिया गया है।
निरीक्षण में उजागर हुई लापरवाही
जिला कलेक्टर रविंद्र कुमार चौधरी के निर्देश पर 19 मार्च को खनियाधाना विकासखंड के मुहारी गांव में निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान कई आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों पर आशा कार्यकर्ता अनुपस्थित पाई गईं। इस लापरवाही पर संज्ञान लेते हुए सभी अनुपस्थित आशा कार्यकर्ताओं को निष्क्रिय घोषित करने के आदेश जारी किए गए।
कार्रवाई की गई
- तीन सीएचओ को कार्यमुक्त करने के आदेश जारी।
- एक एएनएम को निलंबित किया गया।
- लापरवाह आशा कार्यकर्ताओं को निष्क्रिय घोषित किया गया।
सीएमएचओ की कड़ी चेतावनी
निरोगी काया अभियान में लापरवाही पर की गई इस विभागीय कार्रवाई पर सीएमएचओ शिवपुरी डॉ. संजय रिशेश्वर ने कहा कि भविष्य में भी यदि ऐसी लापरवाही सामने आती है, तो कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
